We are a marketing and design agency located in the Denver Tech Center (about 20 minutes south of Denver, Colorado). Our team of marketing and design professionals is dedicated to helping our clients improve their marketing results. We create solid brands from the ground up and help them grow, utilizing online and offline marketing techniques, creative strategy, and refined design tactics.

The Requirements
- Sales experience with a proven track record for exceeding goals
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High achiever who loves to learn
- Presents a high level of professionalism
- A proven work history demonstrating the ability to sell value-based services
- Lives in Denver or willing to relocate to work from our studio
- Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Traits
- Experience with sales in advertising or a technology-related field
- Experience selling services and creating estimates
- Technologically savvy: a working knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, or Javascript is a plus. SEO or print design knowledge is also a bonus. If you don’t have this technical knowledge, you must possess the ability and eagerness to learn quickly.
- Sales management experience
- Experience working with government contracts
What the position entails:
- Business development activities, including facilitating partnerships with other creative companies. Find and build relationships with Agencies
- Find and engage potential clients who might be a good fit for our firm — through networking and other types of lead generation, including cold calling
- Present marketing recommendations to clients; help clients solve problems, resulting in improved marketing results
- Work with the design team to create estimates based on client needs
- Communicate with the design team and the client to create project schedules
- Consistently meet a monthly sales quota
- Utilize good selling skills to find and close government (federal and state) contracts
- Utilize good selling skills to find and close contracts with privately-owned businesses and organizations
- Draft accurate Statements of Work for client projects
