What is a Privacy Policy?
A privacy policy is a disclosure that describes the kinds of information a website collects from its visitors and how it uses this information. It is provided so that visitors to a site may elect not to visit the site or elect not to engage in activities on the site that may result in information being transmitted to and stored on the site's servers. We have provided this privacy policy (current as of August 6, 2007) for your benefit. By entering into a service contract with us, or by contacting us via the methods described below, you are consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect and How We Use It
Presently, the only type of information we collect from you is that which you provide to us voluntarily via email, snail mail, telephone communication, or by submitting your information through a form on our site. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, company name, physical address, telephone number, and email address. We do not receive or store any information about your IP address when you visit our site. We do not use any cookies. The information you provide to us (typically, when requesting a price quote or working with us on a project) is kept strictly confidential and is never resold, retransmitted, or otherwise redistributed to any other party.
Relevant information (i.e., contact information and billing addresses) you provide to us via voluntary communication is stored indefinitely in an offline customer database for in-house purposes only (for customer referrals, future correspondence, billing, etc.).
Please be aware that information you send to us via our "Contact Us" and "Website Request" forms is not encrypted and may be viewed by potentially malicious people. When making logo purchases on our site, however, your personal data is only entered on PayPal's secure site and is protected with the highest commercially available level of encryption.
Changes to This Policy
Some aspects of this Policy may change from time to time, although we anticipate most changes will be minor. Material revisions to this policy will appear here in boldface for 30 days after their implementation. Your rights under this Policy will not be reduced without your express consent.
